Ee´thuhm

The first stopping place after Succoth used by the exodus escapees from Egypt. Its location is not known, but it is said to be “on the edge of the wilderness” (Exod 13:20; Num 33:6), and is called an area of wilderness in or near which are located Pi-hahiroth and Baal-zephon (Num 33:7-8).
